The directors of Fairhaven Management Services have all been in the field of retirement housing for over 30 years
Managing Director
Russell Atkinson
Russell has spent all his career managing housing
in both the public and private sector. He has been the housing director for a local
authority and also the chief executive of a housing associations group.. In that
time he has been involved in the planning, development and management of over forty
retirement schemes
Finance Director
Trevor Jones
Trevor has spent his career as a n accountant in the private sector, the NHS, local
government and housing associations. He was formerly the finance director and deputy
chief executive of a group ofhousing associations and has vast experience of the
retirement housing sector

Our board of directors also includes experienced and respected architectural
colleagues who have designed, developed and refurbished many retirement schemes
in both the public and private sectors, throughout the NorthWest
Our Staff
Our resident scheme managers all have many years of experience in caring
for the needs of elderly residents. All our schemes are also managed by an experienced
team of staff. Who also ensure that each site is properly maintained and the gardens
well tended.
